Adverting to my letter No. 1447 of the 29th ultimo, I have the honour, by desire of the Governor, to state that you are also interdicted by His Excellency from your functions as Registrar of Companies, that, pending the proceedings under the Colonial Regulations, Mr. Mossop is appointed officiating Registrar of Companies.
